The first thing you notice about Terri is that she is a fantastic conversationalist – warm, engaging, personable and quick to laugh. She’s a great listener too, and this is what her clients love most about her. She has an ability to ask pointed questions and cut through all the issues so she can work out not just what people want, but what they need.
She says her personal superpower is her excellent memory. She’s also consistent and dependable.
Having completed a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Technology, Terri admits that in many ways she ‘stumbled into mortgage broking’, but it’s a job she loves.
“I’ve always been good with numbers and this is a job that enables me to use that skill and also to help people in a meaningful way when they’re buying the family home, or building wealth through property investment.
Every client has their own challenges, and every challenge is different.
I always like to rise to a challenge… and I get huge satisfaction from solving problems and putting a smile on people’s faces.”
Terri is Sydney born and bred – she has great geographical and general knowledge – and this is a great asset when assisting clients.
“I love this city – you just can’t beat the beaches and the harbour, the outdoor lifestyle, the restaurants and entertainment. Who wouldn’t want to live here? I understand that particular desire very well, so it’s always really great when my clients find a home they love, and I can help them get access to finance to buy it.”
