“You have to be adaptable,” says Stephen Cush of his role as a Credit Adviser.  “Scenarios can change, problems can arise… but at the end of the day, it’s just about doing the best thing by the client and making sure they understand the process,” he says.

Stephen brings a positive approach and a solutions focused attitude to all scenarios, ensuring he delivers the best possible outcome for his clients.

“It doesn’t need to be stressful,” he says. “I like the challenge of problem solving and managing the process so the outcome is what the client needs.”

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Applied Finance, a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking. He specialises in residential lending and works with many first home buyers, guiding them through what can be a daunting process.

“It’s good to see people get into the property market – you know that once they’ve got a foot in the door, they will be able to build on that over the years and achieve financial security.”
