Shani only very recently joined the Shore Financial team, having only just completed many years of university, starting with International Studies and finishing with a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Investment Law.
She is the perfect addition to a growing team that needs to ensure clients have access to the best resources the company can offer.
“We are committed to ensuring that we have everything in place that the regulators want, not only for compliance, but because it gives us credibility and gives our customers comfort, and it contributes to the strength of our brand.”
Having four younger brothers, Shani is almost, by default, management material.
She was the oldest and therefore ‘the boss’ at home growing up, keeping all her younger siblings in line and out of trouble.
Originally from Israel, Shani speaks fluent Hebrew and English and says she tries to go back to Israel every year or so, to spend time with friends and family.
“I miss them all, but I consider Sydney home. This is a wonderful city to live in. And now I have a job working for a company that helps people do that – to buy homes and investment properties and businesses in this great city.”
Shani says that while property is, without a doubt, fundamental to economic health, it’s also a very personal journey for people.
“It’s a very big life decision, and our aim is to support people through the buying process at every step of the way. My role is to make sure that our entire team has adequate resources and support to enable them to do that.”
