Before becoming a broker, she spent over five years at property technology platform Before You Buy, working closely with real estate agents across Australia and developing a strong understanding of how property transactions unfold. Combined with her experience in fintech business lending at OnDeck, Lily brings a strategic and commercially minded approach to helping clients secure the right lending structure.

Having worked closely with agents and property professionals throughout her career, Lily understands the pace and pressures of the property market. This experience allows her to anticipate potential challenges early and work proactively with clients and lenders to ensure finance is structured efficiently and approvals progress smoothly.

Prior to broking, Lily worked with fintech lender OnDeck, which specialises in unsecured business lending for small and medium-sized businesses. This role provided valuable exposure to credit assessment, commercial finance structures and the financial profiles of self-employed clients, allowing her to approach lending scenarios with a broader financial perspective.

Lily is known for her relationship-driven approach and clear communication style. She focuses on simplifying what can often be a complex process, ensuring her clients feel informed and confident from the initial conversation through to settlement.
