Lachlan Parker has run his own personal- and group fitness company in the Lower North Shore for years. Next to running his own company, is also a busy father of two children and married.
His keen interest in the well-being of his clients has always been a burning desire.
Long term though, he never felt the fitness industry would be enough to satisfy his professional development desires. So, after 15 successful years in the fitness industry, he has set his sight on succeeding in mortgage broking by joining Shore Financial.
Entering the mortgage broking industry will allow him to still be self-employed and build his own legacy, something Lachlan prides himself as husband and father. Mortgage broking will also allow him the flexibility to be a larger part of his children growing up.
Lachlan has seen many of his clients struggle to get into the property market. It was this observation that led him to speak to Shore Financial’s Derek Farmer.
“I was immediately drawn to the mortgage industry after I spoke to Derek, who had also come from a different industry.
The fact that we have so many lenders we can offer to our clients and we are a free service, sealed the move for me. As a personal trainer, I have prided myself on being able to quickly figure out how I can achieve my client’s fitness goals effectively. I’m now hoping I can do the same in mortgage broking, mapping out a successful property and financial plan for my clients.”
