James Leader grew up near Brighton in the UK and moved to Australia early in 2018.
Having spent several years at university doing a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) and then an MBA, he was more than ready to stretch his wings and see what the world had to offer.
While studying, he did a work experience stint at a finance firm in Hong Kong, and this, he says, whet his appetite to spend more time in the profession.
He enjoys being surrounded by this lively team of professionals who openly share their knowledge and experience.
“The company’s commitment to training is very strong,” says James. “I’m learning a lot – not just about client service, but the mortgage broking industry and the lending landscape, too. It’s interesting and challenging and there’s no doubt I’m gaining a solid skill set that will prepare me well for my career in the years ahead.”
