About the Role

You will be working directly for one of Shore Financial’s most senior broking teams who seeks a proactive and confident team member to help continue the fast growth of their business. The right candidate will play a vital role in the administrative side of mortgage broking. The initial role will include all tasks associated with processing home loan applications from start to finish including initial application lodgement and tracking through to settlement. The role is diverse and elements will change on a day to day basis with full training provided.

  • Creating compliance documents for all home loan applications
  • Lodging home loan applications
  • Managing all applications
  • Researching lender policy and process
  • Communicating with various lenders
  • Ordering valuations
  • Pricing requests
  • Printing and posting loan offer documents
  • Providing customer service for settled clients
Candidate requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • Process and deadline driven
  • Highly organised
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills
