About Me

As the Commercial Mortgage Specialist at Shore Financial, Edward provides commercial and business loan expertise matching business customers’ needs to the right commercial finance product. Edward enjoys helping customers achieve their business goals whether that be starting a new business or aiding the growth of an existing business

Edward has been involved in the finance industry for over 15 years specialising in commercial real estate financing and structuring leveraged investments. During this period Edward spent time within a major Australian bank as a Senior Relationship Manager gaining a thorough understanding of prudent lending practices and funds management.

Edward has extensive ‘hands on’ experience in putting together complex loan transactions as well as managing construction and subdivision development projects.

In 2015 Edward settled over $270M in commercial, construction and development loans. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University majoring in Finance and Banking.
